Hello and welcome to Maktub Diaries!
I am a bibliophile and writer who started this blog to share my love for books, stories, and the magic that words can create. Maktub — an Arabic word meaning “it is written” — is the philosophy behind this space. Some stories are destined to find their readers, and I believe every book has something written in it just for you.
I mostly read and review from the genres of fiction — particularly romance, crime, mystery, thriller, Indian fiction, and mythology. But occasionally, other genres and non-fiction books also find their way into my reading life.
I do accept books from authors and publication houses in exchange for honest reviews. As long as I have something to read, I am a sane and happy person.
